Recently, Nanjing Doule Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Doule"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of WELLE Group, has won the bid for the "Project of Adding a Oil & Gas Recovery Facility at the Northern Storage Center of CNAF (China National Aviation Fuel) Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Logistics Co., Ltd."
This project is located at the China Aviation Fuel Petrochemical Terminal Berth 36# in the South Port Area of Tianjin Port. This is a 50,000-ton class berth and serves as a crucial aviation kerosene transportation hub in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
In response to national environmental protection calls and to meet increasingly stringent volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emission standards, CNAF Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Logistics Co., Ltd. decided to install a set of high-performance oil & gas recovery units. Nanjing Doule stood out from the competition by virtue of its leading technical solutions and extensive industry experience. This is the first project Nanjing Doule has won after the restructuring of CNAF Group.
Efficient Processing Capacity: The BMCVR1300 oil & gas recovery unit provided by Nanjing Doule has a designed airflow of 1250 m3/h, capable of meeting the maximum aviation kerosene loading operation demand of 1000 m3/h at the dock.
Excellent Recovery Effect: Utilizing gradient condensation technology, the unit cools the oil & gas to approximately -25°C for efficient liquefaction, achieving an oil & gas recovery rate of no less than 97%.
Stringent Emission Compliance:Paired with a downstream adsorption process, the non-methane total hydrocarbon emission is less than 10g/m3, meeting the client's required emission standards.
Provision for Future Expansion: The equipment is adaptable for current aviation kerosene operations while reserving upgrade interfaces to support subsequent processing expansion for gasoline and naphtha oil & gas.
Adaptability to Complex Environments: Featuring a 20m × 6m integrated skid-mounted structure, with an explosion-proof rating of no less than ExdIIBT4, protection rating IP65, and corrosion protection level C4, it is suitable for outdoor use and the marine climate conditions of Tianjin Port's South Area.
