On September 15, 2025, at the 2025 China-ASEAN Building Technology Exhibition, Weili Environmental Group and Zhongan Gas Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. officially signed a cooperation agreement. Vice President of Weili Group and Chairman of the Bioenergy Company, Zhou Xin'an, and Vice President of Zhongan Group, Kuang Xiaodong, among other leaders, attended and witnessed the event. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of biomass energy, jointly responding to the country's "dual carbon" goals and promoting the upgrading of green energy industries.
According to the agreement, the Willey Group will leverage its core technological advantages in areas such as biogas purification and bio-gas production, and enter into an integrated green energy cooperation with China Gas Group. The specific contents include:
? Full-chain cooperation: Covers the comprehensive utilization of biogas, industrial energy conservation, rooftop photovoltaics, energy storage and carbon asset management, achieving multi-energy complementarity and energy conservation and cost reduction;
? Technology output cooperation: Utilizing Velli's mature "wet desulfurization + pressure swing adsorption purification" process (with methane recovery rate exceeding 95% and hydrogen sulfide removal rate reaching 99.9%), we enhance the quality of biogas and facilitate grid connection.
This cooperation further demonstrates the comprehensive capabilities of the Villiers Group in driving project implementation through technological innovation and ensuring long-term value through mature operations. Both parties will start from Guangxi and replicate and promote the green comprehensive energy demonstration projects across the country, focusing on exploring the standardization of biogas, green certification, and the "gas export overseas" path, and helping to promote clean energy in the ASEAN region.
